Thank you!
  • NATSIPCA asserts cultural custodianship and holders of moral rights over all resources, publications, and materials included on the NATSIPCA website, unless otherwise stipulated, ensuring they remain guided by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander leadership. Under Indigenous Data Sovereignty principles, we claim moral rights and cultural intellectual property over key elements but not limited to: Comfort Care approach, Comfort Care Journey and associated tools, programs/projects and related Comfort Care definitions and references. NATSIPCA has responsibility for reviewing and upholding the integrity of all materials, ensuring alignment with the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural protocols and knowledge systems. Permission must be sought formally through NATSIPCA to reproduce any materials or to use the resources and tools related to Comfort Care. Acknowledgement must be made of the ownership and custodianship of the Comfort Care language and materials as follows: "The broad concept and associated materials and terminology of "Comfort Care" was developed by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people through the NATSIPCA. It is a culturally informed and responsive concept that embraces the holistic approach to the journey of life, connection to culture and country. Cultural custodianship and moral rights are acknowledged and respected."
