We’re walking alongside communities and services to strengthen access, connection and collaboration across Comfort Care journeys. Through community visits, education and partnering workshops, we support and enable local people to share goals towards improving equity, dignity and access to Comfort Care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples across metropolitan and peri-urban areas of South Australia.
