We walk alongside communities and local services to strengthen access, connection and collaboration across Comfort Care Journeys. Through community visits, education and partnering workshops, we support local communities to lead positive change and improve equity, dignity and access to Comfort Care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples across Country South Australia.

We are implementing co-designed Comfort Care education, awareness and planning across rural, regional and remote South Australia, including:

Flinders and Upper Far North
Limestone Coast
Yorke and Northern Peninsulas
